Instrumental Music Participant Contributions will be collected using the FutureFund system or by check payable to Cal High Instrumental Music Boosters.

Marching Band and Color GUard Participant Contribution
The Marching Band & Color Guard Participant Contribution is essential to the success of the Marching Band & Color Guard Program. Marching Band & Color Guard does not receive any financial support from the school or district, so all participants are asked to make a financial donation to support our program.
Your donation to our program goes toward:

Show Design: music and arrangements

Coaches and Consultants: 2-3 Marching Band coaches, 2-3 Color Guard coaches, Consultants

Drill Writers, Show Choreography

Music: purchasing, printing, licensing

Uniforms: cleaning, repairs, and replacing of uniforms and shoes, gloves, color guard show outfits

Equipment: instrument purchases and repairs, props, flags, sabers, etc

Competitions: entry fees, transportation, dinners

Instrumental Music Class
DONATion
Donations are used to support the instrumental music classes throughout the school year. Donations are used to purchase music and maintain the music library, to purchase and repair instruments, to bring in classroom coaches and clinicians, and to support band related costs such as music stands and other equipment. Your donation is greatly appreciate and fully tax deductible.
Recommended donation for the 2023-2024 school year is $150
Winter GUard Participant Contribution
Winter Guard participant donation request is a voluntary donation for which you will receive a tax donation letter. These funds are crucial and goes toward:

Your financial support can make a significant difference in our student's ability to continue sharing their passion and inspiring others. Donations can be broken down in payment, if preferred, and Future Fund will be open to accepting donations through our season. Future Fund does charge a fee, so if you would prefer to send in a check, please make checks payable to Cal High Instrumental Music Boosters with note specifying "Winter Guard 2024" and deliver to Mrs. Clark.
